Registration

The attorney at law listed below has registered the following principal and secondary legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal areas:

Janina Hamann has registered Administrative Law as her principal and Environmental Law as her secondary legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas ("rechtsgebiedenregister");

Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.

Alternative dispute resolution in consumer cases

Hamann Advocaat does not participate in alternative dispute resolution in consumer cases.

Nevertheless, a European regulation obliges Hamann Advocaat to inform you that the European Commission has created an online platform for dispute resolution in consumer cases (ODR). You find this platform here:
